Humphrey (voiced by Justin Long) is leader the Omega wolf. He has flair and live with teenage crowd wolf. His motto is "making everyone laugh" while Kate (voiced by Hayden Panettiere) is the leader of Alpha wolf. Her know own duty and discipline. Her motto is "I'm boss every persons" but then, Kate and Humphrey two wolves that do not have anything similar. It was captured by forest conserved officer, and sent across the country. They must work together to go over 1,000 miles for find a way back to home.
Both wolves must adventure across high mountains confronted with Teamster, Bears testy, Porcupine world-weary, Vulture golfers who have caddy duck as their partners. At same time, two groups wolves that lack of leadership began to have problems and has Kate and Humphrey only to stop the whole story, but they must hurry back to keep up.
